CEEISA Travel Grants
CEEISA is pleased to offer mobility support (up to €350) to its members participating in the 2026 CEEISA conference in Sarajevo. Eligible applicants should send their CV and submitted proposal to secretariat@ceeisa.net before 4 May 2026. Please type CEEISA TRAVEL GRANT in the Subject line of your email. Successful applicants will be informed on 10 May 2026. The grant amount will be decided on a needs basis. PhD students and junior academics will have priority. Decisions on grant allocations are final and not subject to appeal. Importantly, grantees must reply within 7 days of receiving information about the grant to indicate whether they wish to accept it. If we do not receive a reply within 7 days, the grant will be allocated to another applicant.
When applying for your travel grant, please keep in mind the following conditions:
You must be a current CEEISA member (if you are not, apply for CEEISA membership first).
The travel grant cannot be provided in advance of the conference. You will receive your travel grant to your bank account after the conference.
Your travel grant claim cannot exceed €350. Please provide travel details (preferably the most economical way)
Receipts must be supplied. The travel grant will only be paid after receipts are presented at the venue. Receipts must be made in the name of the grant recipient.
Travel grants are for travel costs and not for accommodation or living costs.
